MAGIKA is an innovative one-component elastomeric waterproofing membrane based on a special elastoplastic copolymer. The product provides high mechanical resistance, exceptional flexibility at low temperatures, and excellent adhesion to various construction substrates.
Suitable for new applications and restoration of waterproofing on roofs, terraces, concrete structures, metal surfaces, and existing bitumen membranes.
The substrate must be dry, clean, and stable. The product is applied by brush, roller, trowel, or airless spray.
For new waterproofing, at least two coats with a total consumption of ≥ 2 kg/m² are recommended. For high-load areas or details, the use of POTENZIO reinforcing textile is recommended.
If necessary, the product can be diluted with KSOL thinner (5–20%).
MAGIKA features exceptional frost resistance down to -40°C and can be applied at temperatures as low as -5°C. It does not react with atmospheric moisture and allows for work even at high relative humidity.
The membrane is UV-resistant and does not require an additional protective layer. It possesses excellent resistance to stagnant water and can be applied to flat surfaces without a slope. It provides high mechanical durability and elongation at break of up to 500%.
After opening, the product can be stored and reused.
