Polymer Ultra is a liquid moisture-curing waterproofing system with exceptional water resistance, mechanical durability, and longevity. Its formula allows for application under extreme conditions – from 0°C to +45°C – including on damp and highly saturated substrates.
The product is stable under thermal shock and can be applied directly to partially dried cement screeds, concrete, tiles, sheet metal, wood, bricks, fiber cement, and bituminous or oxidized membranes.
Once cured, Polymer Ultra forms a durable, seamless, and wear-resistant membrane suitable for both pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
The product is ready to use and does not require thinning. Apply by brush, roller, trowel, or airless spray.
It is recommended to apply two coats using a cross-application technique.
Polymer Ultra allows for direct application without the need for a primer, even on damp surfaces. It creates a highly elastic and extremely strong membrane with up to 90% elongation, resistant to both negative and positive water pressure (up to 6 bar).
It maintains flexibility down to -25°C and withstands operating temperatures up to +90°C. Once fully cured, it is resistant to intensive pedestrian and vehicular traffic, making it suitable for garages and industrial areas.
The membrane is resistant to wear, thermal shock, and mechanical stress, providing long-term structural protection.
