SYL 6AD is a highly stable acoustic underlay against impact noise, designed for application under floor screeds. It is made of fibers and rubber granules, obtained from recycled car tires (ELT), which are compressed with polyurethane adhesive through a hot process.
The underlay has a thickness of 6 mm, a density of 780 kg/m³, a width of 1.20 m and a length of 8 m. On one side, it is covered with a non-woven synthetic layer, which provides additional protection during installation and operation.
SYL 6AD offers excellent sound insulation against impact noise, load stability, and high mechanical resistance, making it suitable for both residential and public buildings.
