iFLOOR ELASTO is a high-density rubber floor sound insulation made from 100% recycled rubber components (NBR and EPDM), combined using a special high-pressure crushing and pressing technology. The resulting material has a semi-open cell structure that provides an optimal balance between mass and elasticity.
With a density of 250 kg/m³, iFLOO ELASTO effectively limits the transmission of impact noise and vibrations in floor structures. Thanks to its structure, the material combines the characteristics of a heavy acoustic membrane and an elastic damping layer, making it extremely suitable for applications requiring a high degree of sound insulation.
