REGUFOAM strips

REGUPOL products are regarded as engineering solutions with acoustic properties, developed as construction materials. They are tested with actually applied screed, rather than a prefabricated slab, which results in slightly lower but significantly more realistic decibel values. This is important when selecting a material and for the correct interpretation of technical specifications.

For mass timber constructions
They can be used as wall or ceiling supports and offer exceptional advantages in terms of cost-effectiveness while interrupting flanking sound transmission — making it easy to achieve high acoustic performance. Thanks to the established REGUFOAM material, technically approved by the building authorities in Germany, the material properties remain virtually unchanged even over decades.
Whether as an elastic intermediate insert in floor-wall connections or as a support strip for modular buildings, REGUFOAM strips significantly improve the vibration reduction index Kij.

REGUFOAM strips

REGUFOAM strips are approved bearing strips designed to reduce flanking sound transmission in mass timber constructions — Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT). The product is used as an elastic interlayer in floor-to-wall connections or as a bearing strip in modular buildings. REGUFOAM strips significantly improve the vibration reduction index Kᵢⱼ. Thanks to the technically approved REGUFOAM material, the product properties remain virtually unchanged for decades. Available in two ranges: 150plus (0.10–0.15 N/mm²) and 300plus (0.20–0.30 N/mm²).
