REGUPOL comfort

REGUPOL products are regarded as engineering solutions with acoustic properties, developed as construction materials. They are tested with actually applied screed, rather than a prefabricated slab, which results in slightly lower but significantly more realistic decibel values. This is important when selecting a material and for the correct interpretation of technical specifications.

The REGUPOL comfort Range includes CE-certified impact sound insulation products made of elastomer composites and an elastic, mass-increasing levelling fill. REGUPOL comfort 12 is a 12 mm impact sound insulation material with a profiled underside, developed as a solution for modernizing old buildings, solid construction, and cross-laminated timber (CLT) structures. REGUPOL comfort 12 is a universal 12 mm impact sound insulation layer with a profiled underside and low dynamic stiffness ≤ 10 MN/m³, designed for use under floating screeds. The product is highly suitable for new construction and renovations, especially for cross-laminated timber (CLT) structures. The material provides an impact sound reduction of ∆Lw ≥ 29 dB.

REGUPOL comfort 5

REGUPOL comfort 5 is a thin 5 mm impact sound insulation material, suitable for applications with limited installation height. REGUPOL comfort 5 is a 5 mm impact sound insulation layer designed for use under floating screeds. Due to its very low construction height, the product is often used in projects with severe floor construction height restrictions. The material provides an impact sound reduction of ∆Lw ≥ 20 dB.

The product is highly suitable for both new construction and renovations. The material provides an impact sound reduction of ∆Lw ≥ 26 dB.

REGUPOL comfort S1

REGUPOL comfort S1 is a leveling fill made of stone aggregates and a polyurethane binder, designed for leveling uneven surfaces on timber joist constructions and concrete slabs, as well as for increasing the mass of cross-laminated timber (CLT) panels. The product is a bound, compression-resistant leveling fill. After mixing, the material cures quickly to form a damping layer that increases the mass of the structure without introducing moisture into the flooring system. REGUPOL comfort S1 is used in renovations to level concrete slabs and timber joist constructions, as well as for cross-laminated timber (CLT) floors when acoustic improvement through increased mass is required.
