REGUPOL inodis

REGUPOL products are regarded as engineering solutions with acoustic properties, developed as construction materials. They are tested with actually applied screed, rather than a prefabricated slab, which results in slightly lower but significantly more realistic decibel values. This is important when selecting a material and for the correct interpretation of technical specifications.

The INODIS system was developed within national and European projects from 2013 to 2024, with its effective seismic protection proven through extensive quasi-static cyclic and dynamic (shaking table) experimental tests on all typical wall configurations — both without openings and with openings (e.g., doors and windows).

REGUPOL INODIS

REGUPOL INODIS is a seismic-resistant decoupling system designed for inter-story drifts exceeding 2%. The system consists of vertical and horizontal decoupling elements that can deform and slide to prevent both in-plane and out-of-plane structural failure. REGUPOL INODIS includes two modules — one for horizontal decoupling and one for vertical decoupling. The horizontal module consists of elastomers only 15 mm thick, separated by a sliding surface. The vertical module consists of elastomeric strips, the thickness of which is determined by the required inter-story drift in the project.
