TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between EuroMax Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the Merchant, and the persons who use the website and online store euromax.bg, hereinafter referred to as Users.

By accessing the website and placing an order, the User confirms that they are familiar with and accept these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Subject

EuroMax’s online store provides the opportunity to purchase construction materials, tools, and accessories through its website, delivering products to an address specified by the customer within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria (or another country, if provided).

3. Orders

Orders are placed without the need for account registration.

The User must correctly fill in the required information – name, address, phone, and contact email.

Upon clicking the button “Order” / “Confirm Order”, it is considered that a distance sales contract has been concluded between the Merchant and the User, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

The Merchant confirms the acceptance of the order via email or phone call.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices listed on the website are in Bulgarian Leva (BGN) and Euros (EUR).

In case of a difference between the two currencies, calculations are made at the fixed exchange rate:
1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN, unless otherwise specified.

Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT).

Payment Methods:

  • cash on delivery;

  • bank transfer;

  • card payment (if activated).

The Merchant reserves the right to change prices at any time. Changes do not apply to already confirmed orders.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are carried out by a selected courier company to an address specified by the User.

The delivery period is usually between 1 and 5 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery costs are indicated before the final confirmation of the order.

Upon receipt, the User must check the goods for visible damage and discrepancies.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The User has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receiving the goods, without stating a reason.

The goods must be returned in original commercial condition, without signs of use, along with a cash receipt or invoice.

The User bears the return costs, unless the goods are defective.

The refund of the paid amount is made in the same manner in which the payment was made, within 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods.

7. Warranty and Complaints

All goods are offered with a warranty, when such is provided by the manufacturer.

Complaints are accepted in writing at office@euromax.bg or at the Merchant’s address, describing the nature of the problem and attaching photos if possible.

The Merchant reviews each complaint within 14 days and informs the customer of the outcome.

8. Personal Data Protection

Personal data provided during an order is processed in accordance with EuroMax’s Privacy Policy and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

The data is used solely for order fulfillment, delivery, and accounting.

The User may request deletion, correction, or access to their data by written request to office@euromax.bg.

9. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, logos, and graphic elements on the site are the property of EuroMax Ltd..
Copying or using them without explicit written consent is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Merchant is not liable for:

  • improper use of the products;

  • delays due to the courier’s fault or force majeure circumstances;

  • incorrect data entered by the customer.

Product images are illustrative; slight differences from the actual appearance are possible.

11. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

The Merchant has the right to update these General Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes come into effect from the date of their publication on the website.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

For all unregulated cases, the current Bulgarian legislation applies.

Disputes between the Merchant and the User are resolved by mutual agreement, and if not possible, by the competent Bulgarian court.
