Membrana GOLD is a high-performance, water-based liquid waterproofing membrane enriched with UV-crosslinking styrene-acrylic resins. It features very high elasticity, fast drying, and weather resistance.
The product creates a seamless, watertight membrane resistant to stagnant water and UV rays without the need for an additional protective layer. It is suitable for both new applications and the restoration of existing waterproofing.
The substrate must be clean, dry, and stable. For cement surfaces, a first coat of diluted product (up to 35%) or the use of PRIMER C acrylic primer is recommended.
Apply by roller, brush, spatula, or airless spray. Reinforcement with POTENZIO fabric is recommended for higher loads or specific details.
Do not apply if rain is expected or on damp surfaces.
Membrana GOLD combines high elasticity and UV resistance, making it suitable for long-term outdoor use. It maintains flexibility down to -20°C and withstands severe climatic loads.
It creates a foot-traffic resistant coating with good mechanical durability. It is resistant to stagnant water and does not require additional sun protection.
The product bears the CE mark and is certified for effective asbestos encapsulation when used in the Ghost + Membrana GOLD system.
