WMG Panel Plus – Rewall 40 is a high-performance triple-layer acoustic panel designed for airborne noise insulation in walls and ceilings. The product is developed as a factory-assembled system that combines different materials with complementary acoustic properties to ensure maximum noise reduction and excellent indoor comfort.
The panel consists of an 8 mm layer of rubber granules from recycled end-of-life tires (ELT) and EPDM rubber, hot-pressed with a polyurethane binding agent, a 20 mm layer of low-density polyester fibers for additional sound absorption, and 12.5 mm plasterboard. The combination of mass, elasticity, and fibrous structure allows for very high sound insulation within a relatively compact thickness.
WMG Panel Plus – Rewall 40 is an ideal solution for renovations and existing buildings where heavy construction work cannot be performed, as well as for projects requiring fast installation without the use of a traditional metal sub-structure.
